Hello Everyone
Anyone wondered why I haven't been posting? Well firstly, my computer started to misbehave and do all sorts of weird things and secondly I had problems with Blogger. So the computer went away to have a new hard drive fitted and is all fixed now. Unfortunately, the Blogger problem is still there... surprise, surprise....I had to change to Firefox to upload any pictures to my blog. I refuse to download Google Chrome. It comes with all sorts of add on's and I don't trust them at all.
It's a little late but here is my GD card for Papertake Weekly.
The new theme for this challenge is
Happy New ……
So this can be anything new – new year, new baby, new stash, new technique, and as always it is up to you how you interpret it. I've used one of my new Saturated Canary stamps and had fun with this little roller skate girl.
Click the video to hear Melanie sing her roller skate song, " Brand New Key". I'm showing my age now!

Going to enter it for Saturated Canary, song inspiration.
For this card I used Echo Park, Note to Self, on Bazzill Kraft card. I used Spellbinders Labels 8, a Tim Holtz Clock die, a length of ribbon and a couple of Prima Wildflower petals with a button centre. Oh, and I glittered her laces, the little hearts and her phone with Glamour Dust. She is coloured with Copic markers.
No sunshine to brighten the picture I'm afraid, so humour me and pretend it's a shade lighter in real life. The light boxes I've seen are too expensive for me. Might look on line for a way to make a do-it-yourself version.

I have missed not having a computer so much and feel happy to have it back again. Hope you are all keeping well.
