Lili of the Valley - Stamptacular Sundays

DOILIES Galore!

Hello friends. I do hope you had a lovely Christmas.
I wish you all a healthy and happy new year.
This year, I have decided not to look back at 2012. It wasn't a good year for many of us and it turned out to be a real roller coaster ride for me and my family.  I will look at 2013 as a brand new page in my life and trust in God with all my heart to guide me through the coming year.

Its time for a new challenge at Stamptacular Sundays.

“DOILIES Galore!”

For this week's challenge you will create a card or project that includes at least one doily. You are also free to use a die that creates doily looking shapes! Oh…and don’t forget to STAMP! After all…we don’t call this the STAMPtacular Sunday Challenge for nothing!
This week's fabulous prize donated by:
PRIZE: WINNER’s Choice of 4 DIGIS!

I simply added a doily behind this LOTV couple, waiting for Father Christmas. I used Papermania papers and a Marianne poinsettia die. The border was cut with an X-Cut die.

I am so aware that some of you struggle through the Christmas holidays, especially if you are on your own, or feeling sad. I'm sending you a big hug and a little reminder that Spring will be here soon. The days will lengthen now, and the dreary days will soon be replaced with warm sunshine.

Hugs 'n Smiles

  3. Fabulous Chris... love this LOTV image (I have a weakness for their images..), and I like how you've placed the doily behind the image.

I feel a bit the same about 2012.... although there were some good bits, I seem to have been on the same roller coaster as you. So here's hoping for a happy, healthy 2013!
